1. Information you provide

When you create or manage an HD4K Play account, we may receive information such as your email address, username, password-related authentication data handled by our authentication provider, avatar or profile choices, and information you send when contacting support.

2. Gameplay and strategy information

HD4K Play may record account-linked gameplay and analytics information needed to operate features such as balances, wagers made with virtual HD Coins, results, strategy names, test runs, performance statistics, streaks, and related session data.

3. Locally saved replays

When you choose to save a replay locally, that saved replay is stored in the browser on that device. Your saved replays stay in this browser. Clearing browser or site data may remove them.

4. Technical and session information

HD4K Play and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, authentication tokens, logs, and similar technical information that is reasonably necessary to sign you in, keep the service secure, remember session state, diagnose errors, and operate the platform.

5. How information is used

We use information to provide and secure HD4K Play, authenticate accounts, maintain virtual balances, calculate statistics, support test runs and analytics, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform.

6. Service providers

HD4K Play relies on service providers to operate parts of the platform. For example, Supabase is used for authentication and database services. Providers may process information as needed to perform services for HD4K Play and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Data retention and deletion

Account and gameplay information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate HD4K Play, maintain security and integrity, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Locally saved replays remain under the control of the browser or device where they were saved.

8. Children’s privacy

HD4K Play is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected through HD4K Play, we may take steps to delete that information and close the associated account as appropriate.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect HD4K Play information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

You can choose whether to save local replays, can delete locally saved sessions from HD4K Play, and can contact us with privacy or account questions. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as HD4K Play changes. The “Last updated” date on this page will identify the current version.
