1. About HD4K Play

HD4K Play is a strategy simulation and analysis platform. It provides virtual game experiences, calculators, test runs, analytics, strategy tools, and related features for entertainment, education, and experimentation.

HD4K Play does not accept real-money wagers, does not offer cash prizes, and does not provide a way to redeem HD Coins for money, property, or anything else of real-world value.

2. Age and eligibility

HD4K Play is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use account-based features.

By using HD4K Play, you represent that you are permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share passwords or other authentication information with anyone.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate these Terms.

4. HD Coins

HD Coins are virtual units used only inside HD4K Play. They have no cash value, are not currency, are not property with a monetary value, and cannot be purchased from or redeemed by HD4K Play for money or prizes.

Balances, refills, Vault amounts, statistics, and simulated returns are part of the HD4K Play experience and may be changed, reset, corrected, or discontinued as the service evolves.

5. Strategy tools, calculations, and results

Calculators, strategies, probability estimates, analytics, test runs, replays, and other results are informational simulation tools. They do not guarantee future outcomes and should not be treated as financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice.

Random or simulated results can vary materially from one session to another. A strategy that performs well in a test run may perform differently in another test or in any activity outside HD4K Play.

6. Saved sessions and browser storage

Some features, including locally saved replays, may be stored in your browser or on your device rather than in HD4K Play server storage. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, or using private browsing may remove locally stored information.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use HD4K Play to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

HD4K Play branding, interface designs, graphics, software, text, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of HD4K Play intellectual property to you.

9. Service changes and availability

HD4K Play may add, remove, modify, test, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, HD4K Play is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that calculations, simulations, analytics, or other content will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HD4K Play and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on simulated results, or loss of locally stored session data.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as HD4K Play changes. The “Last updated” date on this page will reflect the current version. Continued use of HD4K Play after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.
